The cost of delivery corresponds to the standard tariffs of delivery services.
How fast do you ship?
We usually ship standard orders within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday. You will be notified by email when your order has shipped.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard service usually takes 7-10 business days to receive your package. *Please note that shipping time does not include order processing time and actual shipping time may be a business day or more.
How to track my order?
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We will also add the order tracking number to the order details page in your account. To track your package, click directly on the tracking number. You will go to the carrier's website to track the order. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to appear on the carrier's website.
Do you deliver abroad?
We do not deliver goods worldwide. *Please note that some products may be prohibited for sale in your region. In this case, we will not be able to make the delivery to your address.
I have not received my order - what should I do?
If your order is a few days late, don't panic. Sometimes carriers experience delays, especially during the busy holiday season. Additionally, it may take one to two business days for your order to be processed, especially if you placed your order on a weekend or holiday when carrier offices are closed. If you are still concerned, contact the carrier's local office. Sometimes a carrier will not deliver an order if he or she believes it cannot be safely left at the destination or if a signature cannot be obtained for orders that require signature verification. The carrier will leave a note on your door to let you know that the order is waiting for you at the local carrier's office, but it may drop by the time you get home. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Due to the nature of the products that STRIKER manufactures and ships, shipping addresses CANNOT be changed after the products have been shipped.
